Join me for welcoming Hatha yoga classes in Henley-on-Thames, designed to feel supportive and inclusive. With a maximum of 12 participants, you’ll always receive personal attention and plenty of space to move and breathe.
A Hatha Yoga class combines breathwork, gentle warm-ups, flowing standing sequences, longer held floor based poses finishing with a guided deep relaxation. All help you to feel balanced & restored and gift you the BEST night's sleep.
Whether you’re a beginner, seasoned yogi or a dabbler, you’ll find the sessions accessible, friendly, and rooted in community.

Hit pause on the weekend to start your Sunday right! Join me in the heart of Henley at the tranquil Henley Yoga Studio, on the first Sunday of every month for 90 minutes of blissFULL “YOU TIME.”
Expect grounding breathwork, nourishing yoga sequences, and longer-held Yin Yoga floor poses, all designed to release tension and restore your energy. We finish with a deeply relaxing guided meditation, leaving you relaxed, restored & glowing from the inside out.
This is your time to slow down, reconnect with yourself & let the stresses of the week melt away
