Join me on the mat for 90minutes of uplifting and blissful "YOU TIME" Expect grounding breathwork to stay centred through your practice coupled with nourishing flowing movement to prepare you for a deep guided relaxation. Boost your mind, body and soul - sign up for just £20 and start your Sunday right. This practice is open to all abilities - beginners welcome and pre/post natal variations can be given Yoga mats and props are available at the studio but not blankets so please bring your own for a cosy final relaxation.
