Our practice will take place in the spacious airy & elegant great hall with wooden panelled walls, huge fireplace & stunning views out to the gardens, so we can view the abundance of nature that visits.

Yoga blocks, bricks and belts will be provided please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, bolster, and meditation cushion.

The rooms offer simple accommodation that is both comfortable & cosy each with ensuite bathroom & tea & coffee making facilities

There's the options of: 

Shared in twin room at £435 per person 

Single occupancy in twin room at £529 per person

Single occupancy in room with double bed £549 per person

St Katharine's has its own enchanting, much loved Victorian walled garden and grow their own fruit & vegetables. Our cook provides simple home cooked meals- vegetarian/vegan using the seasonal food to welcome the much needed Spring energies to our body's! 

Specific dietary needs can be catered for so please do let us know in advance and there will be teas & coffee available throughout your stay.

Our typical weekend schedule looks like this:


4:15pm Arrivals to the venue & settle into your room 

5pm Welcome gathering with tea

5:15pm Gentle grounding Yoga practice 

6:30pm Dinner 

7:45pm Evening practice / talk & event 

Saturday -

Morning Meditation session & 2 movement practices with optional local guided walk, Guest Speaker & Jo chat Women's health, Evening Gong Bath

Sunday -

Morning meditation session & 1 movement practice with closing circle & departures from 2pm 

Meal times:

Breakfast 8:30am , Lunch 12:30pm Dinner 6:30pm
