UK Spring Yoga & Wellness Weekend
17 - 19 April 2026 at Waterperry Gardens

For those considering joining us for one of the five remaining spaces, let me take you on a journey through the weekend, so you can start to experience the magic that is on offer at this wonderful, life affirming weekend…

We arrive to beautiful and historic Waterperry Gardens, which was made famous by Beatrix Havergal who established her School of Horticulture for Ladies here from 1932 to 1971.

It’s now home to 20 acres of beautifully landscaped ornamental gardens, a quality plant centre and garden shop, gallery and gift shop, museum and tea shop.

The venue is lovingly tended by its staff, who are also on hand through our weekend.

With ample free parking for those who drive, the venue is well signed and accessible for easy arrival.

Denise is a massage expert and her work is steeped in living in season and with the natural word. For this reason she was drawn to learn the principles of Ayurveda – an ancient Indian philosophy of natural healthcare tailored to the individual, and Tui Na – a Chinese acupressure massage encouraging Qi to flow freely within the body.

Both treatment offerings will rebalance your body, mind & soul and have you back in rhythm with the flow of life - get booked in quick so you don't miss out, I have a feeling Denise will be very busy over the weekend!

Dinner awaits us in the ornate dining room, our amazing Private Chef - Mary has curated a not only delicious menu, but one that is stunningly presented too!

All dishes are vegetarian & vegan  using seasonal vegetables to help us live in season and benefit from all their nutrients to keep us feeling vibrant....there’s always dessert after dinner – save space!

And what an absolute joy not to cook or wash up after!!

On Friday evening we will enjoy an opening ceremony around the altar created by me and our special guest Pnutt aka Trust The Goddess, who will deliver a seasonal talk to help us live with natures cycle and the crystals we can work with to enhance the process.

She will also guide us through a crystal bead bracelet making workshop over the weekend, gifting you  a special gift we can work with for the weekend and beyond.

Let’s unfurl shake off winter’s heavy coat & welcome Spring nature’s new year - a time to percolate on new beginnings for ourselves and what we want to create for our year ahead. We finish for the evening with a deep guided relaxation in the form of yoga nidra, to soothe your nervous system and promoting a deep and peaceful night’s sleep…en route to our rooms, there’s chance to chat and get to know the like-minded souls around you and enjoy a glass of “Komsecco” a delicious, healthy fizz that cares for our gut - we are alcohol free for the weekend so we are all present, relaxed and focused.

You can start your Saturday by joining us for an early meditation, breathwork & journaling practice. You can also choose to have a guilt free lie in! The main hall where all our practices are held has huge windows looking out onto the grounds where we can see bountiful nature throughout the day.

Breakfast is then available, to gift us a nourishing start to the day. Teas, coffees, fruit, nuts and seeds are on hand all day long and all dietary needs can be catered for if shared in advance.

Once your breakfast has settled & digested, I’ll guide you through a season-based practice to reflect what Spring is gifting us, unfurling to reconnect you to your body, shake off winter & literally feel a spring in your step.

Lunch beckons then Pnutt will host the crystal bead bracelet making workshop and you're free to wander the gardens, rest, read and do whatever you need to rest and recoup your energies. If you step into nature, look out for crocus, daffodils, buds in trees, hear bird song and we can only hope for blue skies and sunshine on our skin!

Once back and rested, We will gather once again for our early evening practice of yin and restorative yoga, a floor-based practice. Both are wonderfully restoring and reviving.

At Dinner time, we can all catch up enjoy a hearty meal together – and dessert! Then we are in for an absolute treat of a sound bath with Gongs & singing bowls delivered by sound expert, Jo Winterton - she is balm for the soul. Please feel free to get your pj’s on, cosy socks and allow yourself to drift off to the healing vibration of sound. Bliss!

Tea and bed then beckons to ready ourselves for our final day together – how did it go this quickly…..

On Sunday morning, I will guide you as Saturday, with morning meditation, then breakfast and a nourishing yoga practice which takes us up to our farewell lunch and closing ceremony.

Pnutt will join us once more and together we will close our weekend, sharing any experiences we want (sharing is not compulsory at all so please don’t worry!).

Finally, with a balanced body and full heart, we head back into the world. Relaxed restored and transformed.
