Super Soul Workshops
Workshops give us time to work beyond the confines of a regular class. Each workshop has a brief introduction to an aspect of yoga philosophy, a delve into pranayama - working with the breath and a balanced asana practice of flow, yin or restorative yoga depending on the monthly theme. This is followed by a guided deep relaxation using different techniques including guided meditation & yoga nidra.
All abilities are welcome, options will be given for newer yogalini's and for those who want to go a little deeper.
These workshops are designed to uplift you, deepen your practice and inspire curiosity into some key ideas behind our physical yoga practice. PLUS THERE'S TEA AND HOME MADE CAKE AT THE END - whats not to love!!!
