The negative effects of stress are well documented. We know that the psychological stress response directly impacts the different systems of the body.
Our modern lives of our phones pinging 24 7 is relatively new to us and therefore our body's ability to cope is not sufficient. So unless we change our lifestyles and go back in time, our external stressors related to lifestyle are not really going to change.Â
So, the questions is, how can we increase our resistance to stress so we can cope?
