ALL ABILITIES are ALWAYS welcome, options will be given for those newer to the practice & for those who want to go a little deeper. Pre & post natal guidance can also be given.
These workshops are designed to uplift you, deepen your practice and inspire curiosity into some key ideas behind our physical yoga practice alongside living an even more vibrant life with radiant health.

All you need is a (free) Zoom account, yoga mat, blocks/bricks, blanket, cushion/pillow, water & sense of humour
